By downloading, installing, or using Scoompa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Scoompa is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app to create slideshow videos from your own photos using the provided features. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

3. User Content

All media (photos, videos) used within the app remains on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of images complies with all applicable laws and rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Scoompa, including its design, features, and branding, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app or any part of it without our permission.

5. Third-Party Ads

Scoompa displays non-personalized ads via Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of such ads. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any issues that may arise from them.

6. No Warranty

Scoompa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruption or be error-free. Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, device failure, or third-party interactions.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scoompa at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or others.
